To reach the treehouse is about a 15 minute steep hike deep into the jungle.
You will be totally secluded and the only life around you is the wildlife.
The floor is made of Boit Diabla, a local hardwood and the rest of thew treehouse jungle lodge is a bamboo structure.
The treehouse lodge has an electricity light from a a wind turbine which is mounted 100 feet up in the trees over the rainforest canopy above the jungle lodge accommodation.
If you wish for someone to be nearby they can be, but otherwise you will be left alone to enjoy the privacy and magic of the Rosalie Eco forest jungle lodge
If you would like for a memeber of staff to visit you in the treehouse, to show you the traditional methods of cooking and general jungle living, just ask.
The treehouse has a double bed, and a hammock.
There is a communal composting toilet, cold shower and wood fire kitchen nearby.
We use a rainwater collection system to supply the facilities in the forest lodge, and fresh drinking water is filtered in the traditional jungle lodge kitchen through a ceramic filter.
